1. upload your photo to somewhere like http://www.tinypic.com/ - This is an image uploading site that will allow you to post them on places like journals/forums
2. Get the code from the site. If you're using tiny pic, copy the bits that says "direct link for layouts" and then in your journal theres a button with a picture on it, (if you put your mouse over it, it will say "insert/edit image") Click this button to bring up a box and then post the code into the box
3. finish making your journal and click post :)
