since i've graduated college, my brain seems to have atrophied. i went from writing 15 page analytical essays to the occasional GG blog- my brain is bored! I feel like i want to go back to school, but I don't know what for- i just want to go to be DOING something. Unfortunately, that was the reason I went to college in the first place and it got me nowhere. on a happier note, i just finished re-painting and re-decorating the bathroom and bedroom and they look just lovely. spring green, plum and golden yellow look just gorgeous together. i'm looking forward to this bedroom being somewhere i actually want to spend some time. my terrarums are coming along nicely, and the gnome rock quarry appears to be a successful enterprise. evidence:

What was your major? Can't you find a job in that field?

umm i got a ba in art.
basically this means i could support myself with art if i was a good artist.

ahhhh, well you could always go back and work on an MBA or something along those lines. you could go back to school and you'll have a degree that will pretty much let you work in any field in one way or another

you should hit up all the local art galleries and see if they need assistants
it is a good way to meet other artists and work your way up to running a gallery.

I miss school a LOT. After Matt goes to Sullivan to do the chef thing we're moving to PA so I can go to the Tom Savini Special Effects Makeup School!!!
I am SO stoked about the idea of making people bloody and gross for a living =)
