First of all, as you probably know, I am currently in the running to be Australian Penthouse Pet of the Year. It's a pretty fucking huge deal - in terms of adult magazines in Australia it's the highest achievement you can earn. If I win I get another cover shoot and $10,000. I will find out on September 17 if I am the winner. I am up against 9 other girls who are all absolutely stunning so I think it's going to be tough! Anyway, if you have a spare 30 seconds you should vote for me, you don't have to sign up or anything!

It has been 7 years since a girl with natural boobs won this competition, and a tattooed girl has never won it. I really want to win so I can prove to people that you do not need to be a plastic Barbie doll stick figure to be beautiful, and that you can have tattoos and still be glamourous and sexy. Australia tends to embrace only the one kind of stereotypical beauty, and I think it would be great if Penthouse took steps towards accepting an alternative type of beauty. But who knows, we will have to wait and see what happens on the night :)
On Friday night Kyle and I went to the football. That's Aussie Rules Football, to all you foreigners ;) I had such a great time, and Kyle's team won so that was exciting! It's the finals (aka the play offs), my team didn't make it through so I'm hoping Kyle's team does!
If you're unfamiliar with the sheer awesomeness that is Aussie Rules Football, you should check it out on YouTube. These guys are tough as fuck. It's such a fun, fast, rough, skilled game, I am really passionate about it. There is no other sport quite like it in the world.
Today Kyle and I went to the Royal Adelaide Show, which is basically like a HUGE annual carnival/fair type thing. It's so lame and such a waste of money, but we had fun. Kyle proved his love for me in the most masculine way possible - by winning me many tacky stuffed penguins on silly sideshow games. Lately I have been a little bit obsessed with penguins so I was well pleased!

Ahaha, yes he is. A lot of my friends have threatened to disown me for going to a Crows game haha. I'm a Kangaroos gal myself!

hahah yeah I get so angry at all the crows fans at work (I'm the only collingwood fan. boo!). My husband is a port fan and has been since they were just an SANFL team so by default I hate the crows anyway!

Thanks hun <3 Yeah Aussie mags definitely like to stick almost exclusively to the one type of standard beauty, and it sucks. I think blondes with huge fake cans are gorgeous, but they aren't the only type of gorgeous.
