Things are good here. Busy with the same old stuff as well as some new stuff. I've taken up learning trapeze and silks. Amazing adrenaline rush and pretty heavy on the upper arms... Ouch! but I'm looking forward to getting over the arm pain and building up the muscles ! 

Been having a great Summer and have managed to catch loads of great shows... Shadows Fall, Suffocation, Gary Numan, and just got back from Korn (who never disappoint) last night. Family Values Tour is still kickin for another month and I highly recommend it.

So, happy last weekend of Summer to all.. get out there and make the most of it.
