This past week I've received a jury duty summons, a new car, and lots of hugs. I also dressed up at X23 and the Arkham Asylum version of Poison Ivy, ohh and dont forget the corset-wearing blood covered zombie victim.

Ok, no seriously.
There is a lot on my mind, recently. The summons I received is for a case I (possibly) feel emotionally un-inclined to involve myself in, but it's solely up to the Attorney's and Judges to decide. In the mean time, I'm cleaning and organizing the be-jeezus out of my house to keep from thinking about it as much.
Also, work is slowly dwindling, so - i'm going to go out and pound the pavement again. Yay!! Sort of. Atleast i'll be busy, productive, and content in finding something worthwhile. I'm working on inventive ways to promote GG as well. For instance - writting the 'half off' URL in the sand at the beach, or in the bathroom stall at a strip mall, or sexy word of mouth always works too.
It looks like the nerve in my foot is healing, slowly but surely, thanks to my 'no highheels' rule lately. Also, that activ-on stuff? Totally works. Not kidding. Put it on where it hurts, and BAM! Feel better. (Now i've got that stupid commercial stuck in my head, darn.)
well, it's 1am and I need some rest.

PS - Both Mel and I got jury summonses and both of us forgot about them till the day after. After I forgot I freaked out and called the courthouse and they said not to worry about it. Weird.

Yeah, when you get jury duty/summons of any form, it's pretty damn hard to get out of it. Good luck!

I had Jury Duty about 2 months ago. It friggin sucked nuts. We were there from 8am till after 6pm and were a hung jury. The guy was charged with armed kidnapping, armed roberry, and armed burglary.
