AWWWW YISSSS
if you like those facebook food videos shot form above with easy instructions then this is for you haha: https://www.facebook.com/wearesovegan/?fref=ts

I bloody love those videos!
I'm not sure if it's related but I stopped eating dairy about 2 weeks ago (except for in Italy...because I caved when I saw the cheeses there) and I've lost weight already, can fit into jeans that I had no chance of a month or so ago! Very happy :D

I caved to French cheese the other month as well. Shit happens, as long as you get back on track it's okay haha.

Found another one of those pages THIS ONE IS EVEN BETTER, it's called Bosh! https://www.facebook.com/boshtv/

That's what I thought too <3
Haha I've already liked that one, it was probably the name tbh bounce

Update! Still going strong, had one or two slip ups mostly due to 12hour shift starvation and working in a restaurant that is definitely not vegan friendly! But otherwise I'm really proud of myself. I made a 'cheese' sauce the other day using a recipe I've seen all over the internet that involves potatoes and carrots among other things, was really easy and delicious, but no matter how much nutritional yeast I added, it did not taste like cheese, anyone have any tips or legit good recipes? Because damn I need my mac and cheese fix!

I don't know how much time you have for a new hobby, but look into "The Non-Dairy Evolution Cookbook by Skye Michael if you're interested in making your own.

omggg yes guys Bosh videos are the best. as far as reliable recipes The Minimalist Baker is great (i find these almost always turn out fine and aren't too difficult, if i have to spoons to cook something i want to trust it will turn out aand my efforts wont be wasted!

My whole friends group has adopted the phrase 'Veganough' (vegan enough).
You do not have to be perfect vegan is such a sliding scale depending on personal choice (esp when it comes down to parent companies, medicine, clothing ect). You never have to be perfect you just have to try happy

in Aus theres a facebook page "Accidentally Vegan Australia" with a masterlist of supermarket and fast food joint hack lists of everyday items that happen to be vegan. Items like oreos and mayo and chocolate toppings, baked goods, soaps ect if you can find one in your area its mega helpful

@Rebel get the smoked soya spread from Tesco. it's fuckin great on toast n bagels but you can also melt it into a pot of pasta n it makes a well good smokey cheesey sauce.
