Who is into them?
What do you use them for?
What is your favorite smell?
I love them! I use them for everything I can. I collect a whole buncha herbs also in little jars on my desk <3 I am hoping to grow my collection of both of these within the next couple months. I want to make shelves above my desk like a baby scientist girl.
Anyways.. Tonight my favorites are...
Rose Absolute & Clove & Cinnamon. But it varies..
I wish I could find my wintergreen.. And I want to purchase some chamomile.
I use certain ones on my skin, or I put them in lotions, hair conditioner, baths, foot soaks, etc.
Here is my collection on my desk right now.. Ginger root ( for tummy problems ), Muiellen root ( for asthma ) Mugwort ( for sleeping ) Cinnamon & clove for romance & Rose absolute.. Eucalyptus for asthma, menthol crystals!!!! ( for asthma & foot soaks and if you just want to breathe in intensity ) I hope I'm not forgetting any.. Anyways.. I am hoping to purchase some shelves for above my desk this week.. And looking into more essential oils and the like.

I looked at lush. Have you ever tried their perfumes? I was looking at some, and might purchase one to try. |

I could see how that Might work. Considering peppermint is stimulating and often times makes you tingly. So it could stimulate the hair follicles and perhaps make your hair grow faster. |

tea tree oil for every day cleaning of your body, hair, and even around your home. anti bacterial, anti viral.
oregano oil for sore throats and threat/chest sicknesses. it's nasty though |

tea tree oil is getting lots of love in this thread and I have to concur.
I also use clove oil for toothaches. I wish I could have a whole shelf filled with essential oils, but I tend to use cedar, eucalyptus, peppermint, ylang-ylang, and almond oil most frequently. |

Crap. I'm addicted to oils and spices.
Every time I go to any store, even if I'm completely broke I make sure I have enough for a new spice. The oils are more of a treat. I have a outstanding desire to have a shelf in the kitchen full of spices and a shelf in the bathroon full of oils.
Of oils i've got:
Vitamin E
tea tree
peppermint
& eucalyptus only
eucalyptus I actually bought for horrible bug bites, vitamin E and peppermint I use in my hair, and tea tree I use just for it's smell. It doesn't do my skin well oddly. |
