greatest party you've been to on tour, go.
word, a little over a month ago, upstate new york, oneonta, we played a show with this band fireworks. we all went to this party afterwards at our guitarist chris' friends place. long story short if you want to throw an unforgettable party, invite fireworks. Fuckin funniest dudes your ever gonna meet. This tiny apartment was packed out, our singer travis was blasting the best sing along-able music. everyone was dancing, stage-diving or "couch" diving if you will. you had to be there. it was intense
what can people expect from This is Hell during 2007?
Touring and writing. if your from long island and your friends with any of us in this band, or if your my ex girlfriend. you know we're never ever home. we've been out for like two months straight right now this tour. as far as whats coming up touring wise all we have set in stone are two weeks with blacklisted, and two and a half weeks on the Sounds Of The Underground tour. But yeah if you know anything about This is Hell we're never home for more than a month and a half before we hit the road again. We're also finishing up writing for our new album, which we'll be recording later this year.
if you could describe This is Hell in one word, what would that word be?

favorite nickelodeon "Are You Afraid of the Dark" episode, and explain why.
-HAHAHA, yo that show used to scare the shit out of me, so i never really watched it. I remember Ren and Stimpy used to be on SNICK right before are you afraid of the dark, and as soon as it was over id race over to shut the tv off before the intro to are you afraid of the dark would come on. cause it would scare me. im a giant pussy

Dan, while on tour, do you miss me like crazy? obviously yes.
-HAHA of course Gina. Parties just arent the same on tour without your drunk ass around haha. we missed each other so much today that we had that seriously long chat via text message. Im almost certain you miss me more though.

do you guys have pet names for each other? -eh, we all secretely hate each other. No one gets called their real name, its ussualy a four letter word followed with "hole" or "face". Or just "pussy"
name three bands that have influenced yours.
-its hard to think of three bands that have influenced all of us as a whole. we all have really diverse musical taste. pretty much when im driving and i put on my ipod its hell for everyone else. haha no one ever wants to sit shotgun with me. I dont know, i love Paramore.
if you could have a gun for a leg like the chick in Grindhouse for one day, what would you do?
-we played a show at the Whiskey in Hollywood a couple days ago, and before the show i went with two friends to sit in the audience for the Jimmy Kimmel show, And that actress with the gun leg was actually a guest on the show. but yeah, what would i do? Id shoot some people.
how does the future look for This is Hell?
-ha, thats a wierd question to answer. people judge success differently ya know. We're gonna keep doing what we do, and touring nonstop, and playing hardcore cause its what we love. we all love what we do. So the future looks fuckin wonderful.
what do you like best about touring?
- Playing music everyday, meeting new people, wakign up in different cities every morning, not working some shit desk job or some boring garbage like that.
and least?
-eh its rough trying to maintain solid relationships at home. The whole lifestyle, and being away soooo much is rough and incredibly taxing. Something simple like trying to keep a girlfriend isnt so simple when your on the road for three quarters of the year.
last question...do you love white castle? why/why not?
